Purchasing:
mined reCREATIONS are available online, at the home studio of Joanne Jones, and at select shows and events. For online purchases, we accept secure payments using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, via PayPal™, in Canadian dollars.

Cheque, money order, cash, and COD purchases may be arranged by contacting Joanne directly via email

Shipping, handling and tax:
We ship through Canada Post. We complete all of our shipping on Friday mornings. Therefore, your item will be received within five (5) business days of the Friday after you have placed your order. If you require the order sooner please let us know via email of your special request. There is a $10 surcharge for this service.

All purchases within Canada are subject to 6% GST. All purchases within Ontario are also subject to 8% PST.

Shipping charges are:
$5.00 for purchases under $50.00 CND
$10.00 for purchases under $100.00 CND
$20.00 for purchases over $100.00 CND
Purchases over $200 – subject to cost and shipping will be COD

Privacy:
mined reCREATIONS respects your privacy and will NEVER share your personal information. When you join the mined reCREATIONS mailing list, only the required contact information is gathered and stored in our database. By joining the mailing list, you will receive occasional emails to keep you up to date with the latest creations, news, and promotions. An instant unsubscribe option will be available, in every email, to individuals who wish to leave the mailing list.

mined reCREATIONS uses PayPal™ for online purchases as a means of offering secure transactions for you. No personal financial information is transmitted to mined reCREATIONS as a result of PayPal™ transactions. The shipping information required to send your reCREATION to you is used for your one-time purchase and never saved by mined reCREATIONS.

One-of-a-kind:
each mined reCREATION is unique, cannot be duplicated, and can only be purchased in a single quantity. In the rare event that 2 people place orders for the same one-of-a-kind bag at about the same time --prior to the bag's prompt deletion from our inventory database-- the first purchaser's order will be honoured. The second purchaser will be contacted immediately and will receive a full refund if credit card payment was processed by PayPal.

Exchange:
If, for some reason, you are not completely happy with your chosen mined reCREATIONS product, you can exchange it for another one of equal value. Sorry, mined reCREATIONS does not provide payment returns on any orders—all sales are final. If you decide to exchange your mined reCREATION, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Exchange shipping fees cannot be reimbursed.
